TypeDeskAI is operated by Durva AI Private Limited, Ward No. 2, Sainik Colony, Rajgarh (M), Sadulpur, Churu, Rajasthan 331023, India. In these terms “we” and “the Company” mean that company, and “you” means the person using the service. By using TypeDeskAI you agree to these terms.
TypeDeskAI extracts text from images, converts Unicode Hindi to Kruti Dev encoding and Kruti Dev back to Unicode, translates Hindi (including Kruti Dev typed matter) into English and English into Hindi, and prepares first drafts of certain legal documents, such as rent agreements. It uses third-party artificial-intelligence services for some of this work.
Documents produced by this service are preliminary drafts only. They are not legal advice, not a substitute for an advocate, and not ready for execution or registration as generated.
You must have every document checked and, where necessary, corrected by a qualified advocate before it is signed, executed, submitted or registered. Stamp duty, registration and attestation requirements differ from State to State and are your responsibility to verify.
Extracted and translated text may contain errors. Please compare it against the original before relying on it, particularly for names, dates, figures and identifiers.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for the lawful use of anything the service produces. You agree not to use the service to create false, misleading or fraudulent documents, to upload material you have no right to use, or to attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
An account is created either with your Google account (“Continue with Google”) or with your mobile number and a one-time code. The two are separate ways in: an account opened with Google is reached again through the same Google account, and an account opened with a mobile number through the same number. You are responsible for anything done through your account. Keep your Google sign-in, your number and the codes sent to it to yourself.
We may suspend or close an account that is being used in breach of these terms, that appears to be abusing the free allowance, or that puts the service or other users at risk. Where we do so, any unused balance may be claimed as set out in the Refund Policy.
You pay only for what you use. There is no joining fee and no monthly charge.

All rates are inclusive of GST. Before any paid job begins, the screen shows how many pages it will be and exactly how much will be taken, and nothing happens until you agree.
Free allowance. To let you see the quality before paying, the service currently offers a limited free allowance: two free tries of each paid service without logging in, and a further free monthly limit once you log in, which starts again on the 1st of each month. The free allowance is meant for trying the service: it ends for an account once that account adds money for the first time, after which every job is charged at the rates above. The size of the free allowance is shown in the app and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Welcome bonus. A new account may receive a one-time welcome bonus (currently ₹20) to spend on any paid service. The bonus is a promotional credit given free of charge: it is kept apart from money you pay, it is used before your own balance, it is valid for 30 days from the day the account is opened and lapses after that, and it is not refundable, transferable or exchangeable for cash. It is given at most once per person and per device; we may withhold or withdraw it where it appears to be claimed through multiple or duplicate accounts. The offer may be changed or ended at any time.
The service runs on a prepaid balance: you add an amount to your account in advance and each job is deducted from it. (A welcome bonus, where given, is not part of this balance; see section 6.) The balance is an advance against our own services only. It is not a wallet or payment instrument, it cannot be transferred to anyone else, and it cannot be used to pay anybody other than us.
A job is charged only after it finishes. If a job fails through a fault on our side, no amount is taken for it.
When the balance is not enough for a job, that job simply does not start and the screen says so. Adding money makes the service available again at once.
Validity of the balance. An amount in your account stays valid for 12 months from your last activity — logging in, using any service, or adding money. Each such activity starts the 12 months afresh. If an account has no activity for 12 months, any balance left in it lapses and is retained by the Company. Please see the Refund Policy for how you may ask for an unused balance before that.
The cost of artificial-intelligence processing, servers, messaging and the taxes on them is set by third parties and by the Government. We may therefore revise the rate for any action at any time and without prior notice, and a revised rate applies to usage funded by an amount already lying in your account. Because our rates are inclusive of GST, a change in the rate of tax flows through automatically.
If a rate increases and you do not wish to continue, you may stop using the service and claim a refund of your unused balance as set out in the Refund Policy. Amounts already consumed are not refundable.
We try to keep the service running at all times, but it depends on third-party providers and on the internet, and it may be unavailable or slow from time to time, including for maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any loss arising from the use of a draft, an extraction or a translation that was not checked by an advocate, or for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the job complained of.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Churu, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
