इस app में चार काम होते हैं। नीचे हर काम अलग-अलग समझाया गया है — जो करना हो, वही पढ़ लीजिए।
पहले · खाता बनाइए (मुफ़्त)
ऊपर दाईं तरफ़ Login दबाइए और दो में से कोई एक तरीका चुनिए:
• Google से — "Google के साथ जारी रखें" दबाइए और अपना Gmail चुनिए। एक क्लिक में खाता बन जाता है।
• मोबाइल नंबर से — नंबर डालिए, उस पर छह अंकों का कोड आएगा, वही भरिए।
न password चाहिए, न कोई फ़ॉर्म। नए खाते में ₹20 का स्वागत बोनस अपने-आप जुड़ जाता है, जो 30 दिन तक किसी भी काम में लगता है। नाम और राज्य सिर्फ़ तब पूछे जाते हैं जब आप पहली बार पैसे जोड़ते हैं; email और GSTIN चाहें तो भरिए।
अगली बार उसी तरीके से login कीजिए जिससे पहली बार किया था (Google या वही मोबाइल नंबर), तभी आपका पुराना खाता खुलेगा।
बिना login भी हर काम दो बार मुफ़्त आज़माया जा सकता है, और मंगल ⇄ कृतिदेव बदलने का काम हमेशा मुफ़्त है, बिना login।
1 · फ़ोटो से टाइप किया पाठ — Image to Text
ऊपर Image to Text दबाइए, फिर Upload Image से फ़ोटो या स्कैन चुनिए। मोबाइल पर Capture from Camera से सीधे फ़ोटो भी खींच सकते हैं।
अब Get Typed Text दबाइए। कुछ ही सेकंड में दाईं तरफ़ टेक्स्ट आ जाएगा — जिस भाषा में पन्ना है, उसी में। कुछ भी अनुवाद नहीं होता; हिंदी हिंदी में, अंग्रेज़ी अंग्रेज़ी में निकलती है।
हाथ की लिखावट भी पढ़ लेता है। पन्ना धुँधला हो या टेढ़ा खिंचा हो, तो फ़ोटो के नीचे Image Enhancement खोलकर सुधार लीजिए, फिर टेक्स्ट निकालिए। अच्छी रोशनी में सीधा खींचा हुआ पन्ना सबसे सही नतीजा देता है।
निकला हुआ टेक्स्ट वहीं सुधारा जा सकता है। ऊपर TXT, DOCX या PDF से डाउनलोड कर लीजिए।
2 · मंगल (Unicode) को कृतिदेव में बदलिए
यह टाइपिस्टों का रोज़ का काम है। ऊपर Mangal ⇄ Kruti Dev दबाइए। जो हिंदी टेक्स्ट Unicode (मंगल, निर्मला) में है, उसे बड़े डिब्बे में लिखिए या paste कीजिए, फिर नीचे Smart Font Converter तक जाकर Convert दबाइए।
हिंदी कृतिदेव में बदल जाएगी और बीच के अंग्रेज़ी शब्द, अंक तथा विराम-चिह्न ज्यों के त्यों रहेंगे।
ऊपर एक डिब्बे पर निशान लगा रहता है — Join broken lines into paragraphs। PDF या स्कैन से copy किए टेक्स्ट में हर छपी पंक्ति के बाद enter होता है, और यह निशान उन्हें जोड़कर सही अनुच्छेद बना देता है। जहाँ पंक्तियाँ जान-बूझकर तोड़ी गई हों (जैसे कविता या सूची), वहाँ निशान हटा दीजिए।
फिर DOCX दबाकर फ़ाइल खोल लीजिए। फ़ॉन्ट उसी फ़ाइल के अंदर पहले से सेट हैं — हिंदी कृतिदेव में और अंग्रेज़ी Arial में।
⚠ Word में पूरा टेक्स्ट select करके फ़ॉन्ट मत बदलिए — इसी से अंग्रेज़ी शब्द बिगड़ते हैं। फ़ाइल जैसी खुले, वैसी ही इस्तेमाल कीजिए।
3 · अनुवाद — Translate / अनुवाद
ऊपर 🌐 Translate / अनुवाद दबाइए। सबसे ऊपर दो डिब्बे हैं: "किस भाषा से" और "किस भाषा में"। भाषा चुनते ही नीचे का हिस्सा उसी हिसाब से बदल जाता है। बीच का ⇄ बटन दोनों भाषाओं की अदला-बदली कर देता है।
किस भाषा से: हिंदी (मंगल), हिंदी (कृतिदेव), English, उर्दू, गुजराती, पंजाबी, मराठी।
किस भाषा में: अदालती हिंदी (मंगल और कृतिदेव, दोनों में डाउनलोड) या कानूनी English।
कृतिदेव / हिंदी → English: Choose .docx file से अपनी कृतिदेव वाली Word फ़ाइल चुनिए। वह तुरंत मंगल (Unicode) हिंदी में बदल जाएगी, और बीच के अंग्रेज़ी शब्द वैसे ही रहेंगे। यह बदलाव आपके ब्राउज़र के अंदर ही होता है, फ़ाइल कहीं नहीं भेजी जाती। मंगल हिंदी एक बार पढ़कर जाँच लीजिए, फिर Translate to English दबाइए। (पुरानी .doc फ़ाइल हो तो पहले Word में Save As → .docx कर लीजिए।)
English, उर्दू, गुजराती, पंजाबी या मराठी → हिंदी / English: उस भाषा की Word फ़ाइल चुनिए या पाठ paste कीजिए, और अनुवाद का बटन दबाइए। हिंदी में अनुवाद हो तो हिंदी Word (मंगल) या सीधे Kruti Dev Word डाउनलोड कीजिए; English में हो तो English Word। "दोनों भाषाएँ" वाले बटन से मूल और अनुवाद एक ही फ़ाइल में मिलते हैं।
नाम, तारीख़ें, रकमें और केस नंबर ज्यों के त्यों रहते हैं, और अनुवाद राजस्थान की अदालतों वाली शैली में होता है। लंबा दस्तावेज़ पन्ना-दर-पन्ना अनुवाद होता है, और बीच में Stop दबा दें तो जितना हो चुका है वह बना रहता है।
फ़ोटो से निकला पाठ भी सीधे अनुवाद में भेजा जा सकता है: Image to Text के बाद वहीं अनुवाद का बटन मिलता है।
4 · दस्तावेज़ लिखवाइए — Legal Document Writer
Legal Document Writer दबाइए। सबसे पहले भाषा चुनिए — हिंदी या English। जब तक भाषा न चुनें, नीचे के खाने बंद रहते हैं, क्योंकि पूरा फ़ॉर्म उसी भाषा में भरना है।
फिर दस्तावेज़ चुनिए। अभी किरायानामा चालू है (मकान, फ्लैट और दुकान/शोरूम के लिए); मुख़्तारनामा, विक्रय-पत्र और शपथ-पत्र जल्द आ रहे हैं। संपत्ति का प्रकार चुनकर खाने भरिए और Write Document दबाइए।
सिर्फ़ उतने ही खाने दिखेंगे जितने आपकी चुनी संपत्ति के लिए ज़रूरी हैं। जैसे "फ्लैट" चुनने पर मेंटेनेंस और सोसायटी वाले खाने आएँगे, और "दुकान" चुनने पर व्यवसाय और लाइसेंस वाले। तैयार किरायानामा Legal साइज़ के काग़ज़ पर मंगल और कृतिदेव, दोनों में डाउनलोड होता है।
नाम, पता और पहचान संख्या जिस भाषा और वर्तनी में आप भरेंगे, दस्तावेज़ में हूबहू वैसी ही छपेगी — इसलिए हिंदी दस्तावेज़ के लिए नाम भी हिंदी में भरिए।
आप जो भरते हैं वह अपने-आप सुरक्षित होता रहता है, इसलिए पेज या ब्राउज़र बंद हो जाए तो भी दोबारा खोलने पर मिल जाएगा।
तैयार दस्तावेज़ उसी जगह आता है जहाँ फ़ोटो से निकला टेक्स्ट आता है — वहीं सुधार लीजिए, चाहें तो कृतिदेव में बदल लीजिए, और डाउनलोड कर लीजिए।
अपना खाता देखिए
ऊपर दाईं तरफ़ अपने नाम पर click कीजिए और 📒 My account चुनिए। वहाँ आपकी शेष राशि, 🎁 बोनस और पूरा ब्योरा रहता है — कौन-सा काम कब हुआ और उस पर कितना लगा। पैसे जोड़ने के लिए 💰 Add money दबाइए (UPI, कार्ड, नेट बैंकिंग; कम से कम ₹100)। खाता बंद कराना हो तो वहीं नीचे कह सकते हैं।
दाम (GST सहित): Image to Text ₹1.50 प्रति पन्ना · अनुवाद ₹2 प्रति पन्ना · किरायानामा ₹15 · मंगल ⇄ कृतिदेव मुफ़्त। हर काम से पहले स्क्रीन पर बता दिया जाता है कि कितना लगेगा, और पैसा काम पूरा होने के बाद ही कटता है।
दो ज़रूरी बातें
⚠ यहाँ बना हर दस्तावेज़ केवल प्रारूप (ड्राफ़्ट) है। इस्तेमाल या निष्पादन से पहले किसी अधिवक्ता से जाँच और आवश्यक सुधार अवश्य करा लीजिए। स्टाम्प शुल्क और पंजीकरण के नियम हर राज्य में अलग होते हैं।
कृतिदेव कोई Unicode फ़ॉन्ट नहीं है, इसलिए वह आपके अपने कंप्यूटर में स्थापित होना चाहिए, तभी preview और DOCX सही दिखेंगे। अधिकतर टाइपिस्ट और अदालती कंप्यूटरों में वह पहले से होता है।
How to use TypeDeskAI
This app does four jobs. Each one is explained separately below — read the part you need.
First · Make your account (free)
Press Login at the top right and choose one of two ways:
• With Google — press "Continue with Google" and pick your Gmail. One click and the account is made.
• With your mobile number — enter it, a six-digit code comes to it, type the code in.
No password, no form. A new account gets a ₹20 welcome bonus, usable on any work for 30 days. Your name and State are asked only when you first add money; email and GSTIN are optional.
Next time, log in the same way you did the first time (Google, or the same number), so that your own account opens.
Without logging in, every job can be tried free twice, and Mangal ⇄ Kruti Dev conversion is always free, with no login.
1 · Photo to typed text — Image to Text
Press Image to Text at the top, then Upload Image and choose a photo or scan. On a phone you can use Capture from Camera and photograph the page directly.
Now press Get Typed Text. In a few seconds the text appears on the right, in the language of the page. Nothing is translated — Hindi comes out as Hindi, English as English.
Handwriting works too. If a page is faint or was photographed at an angle, open Image Enhancement under the preview and adjust it before extracting. A straight photograph in good light gives the best result.
The extracted text can be corrected right there, then downloaded as TXT, DOCX or PDF.
2 · Turn Unicode into Kruti Dev
This is a typist's daily job. Press Mangal ⇄ Kruti Dev at the top. Type or paste your Unicode Hindi (Mangal, Nirmala) into the large box, scroll to Smart Font Converter and press Convert.
The Hindi becomes Kruti Dev while English words, numbers and punctuation stay exactly as they are.
A box above it is ticked — Join broken lines into paragraphs. Text copied out of a PDF or a scan carries a line break at the end of every printed line, and this joins them back into proper paragraphs. Where the breaks are deliberate — a list, a verse — untick it.
Then press DOCX and open the file. The fonts are already set inside it: Kruti Dev for the Hindi, Arial for the English.
⚠ Do not select everything in Word and change the font — that is exactly what turns the English words into gibberish. Use the file as it opens.
3 · Translation — Translate / अनुवाद
Press 🌐 Translate / अनुवाद at the top. Two boxes sit at the top: From and To. As soon as you choose, the panel below changes to match, and the ⇄ button swaps the two languages.
From: Hindi (Mangal), Hindi (Kruti Dev), English, Urdu, Gujarati, Punjabi, Marathi.
To: court Hindi (downloadable in Mangal and in Kruti Dev) or legal English.
Kruti Dev / Hindi → English: pick your Kruti Dev Word file with Choose .docx file. It becomes Unicode Hindi at once, with English words in between left untouched; this step happens inside your own browser and the file is never uploaded. Read the Hindi once, then press Translate to English. (For an old .doc file, use Save As → .docx in Word first.)
English, Urdu, Gujarati, Punjabi or Marathi → Hindi / English: choose a Word file in that language or paste the text, and press the translate button. Hindi results download as Hindi Word (Mangal) or straight as a Kruti Dev Word file; English results as an English Word file. The "both languages" button gives the original and the translation in one file.
Names, dates, amounts and case numbers are kept exactly, and the translation follows the style of Rajasthan's courts. A long document is translated page by page, and if you press Stop partway, whatever is done stays.
Text from a photo can go straight to translation too: after Image to Text, the translate button is right there.
4 · Write a document — Legal Document Writer
Press Legal Document Writer. Choose the language first — Hindi or English. The fields below stay locked until you do, because the whole form is filled in that language.
Then choose the document. The Rent Agreement is live now (for a house, a flat and a shop/showroom); Power of Attorney, Sale Deed and Affidavit are coming soon. Choose the type of property, fill in the details and press Write Document.
Only the fields your choice needs are shown: pick "Flat" and you get maintenance and society fields, pick "Shop" and you get business and licence fields. The finished agreement downloads on Legal-size paper, in Mangal and in Kruti Dev.
Names, addresses and identity numbers are printed exactly in the script and spelling you type them in, so for a Hindi document fill the names in Hindi too.
What you type is saved as you go, so a closed tab or browser does not lose your work.
The finished draft lands in the same editor as the Image to Text result — edit it there, convert it to Kruti Dev if you wish, and download it.
Your account
Click your name at the top right and choose 📒 My account. It shows your balance, any 🎁 bonus and a full statement — which job was done when, and what it cost. To add money press 💰 Add money (UPI, card, net banking; ₹100 minimum). You can also ask us to close the account from there.
Rates (GST included): Image to Text ₹1.50 a page · Translation ₹2 a page · Rent Agreement ₹15 · Mangal ⇄ Kruti Dev free. The screen tells you the cost before every job, and money is taken only after the job is done.
Two things worth knowing
⚠ Every document generated here is a first draft. It must be checked and corrected by an advocate before it is used or executed. Stamp duty and registration rules differ from State to State.
Kruti Dev is not a Unicode font, so it must be installed on your own computer for the preview and the DOCX to display correctly. On most typist and court computers it already is.
